Alvogen Korea Recognised at the Social Contribution Company Awards

Taipei, Taiwan and Seoul, South Korea, 29 July 2026 — Lotus Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Taiwan Stock Exchange: 1795, “Lotus” or the “Company”), a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Taiwan, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Alvogen Korea Co., Ltd. (“Alvogen Korea”), has been recognised at the Social Contribution Company Awards. Hosted by The Korea Economic Daily and sponsored by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the awards recognise companies for their contributions to society across a range of categories.

Alvogen Korea was recognised for its contributions to environmental sustainability, support for future generations and care for vulnerable communities. The company has developed a broad range of corporate social responsibility initiatives centred on sustained employee participation and engagement with local communities.

These initiatives include tree-planting and marine ecosystem clean-up activities, lunchbox support for children, hygiene-product donations for young women facing financial difficulties, and employee volunteering with children in welfare facilities. Alvogen Korea also supports vulnerable communities through kimchi-sharing and bakery volunteer programmes, as well as family portrait sessions for single-mother families.
