Fiona Lei is the Regional HR Director for APAC to support the rapid and successful growth in the region. Fiona holds an MBA Degree from Long Island University, USA and a Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting from Providence University, Taiwan.

She has over 15 years of HR experience, including training, C&B, organizational restructuring and overall HR management. Prior to joining Lotus, she was the HR head of Invida Holdings and Nycomed, Senior HR Manager at Hitron Technologies, and HR Director at Sun Materials Technology. Her work experience covers 5 APAC markets: Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.
