Mrs. Wanida Boonpiraks joined Lotus' Board of Directors on August 21, 2024.

She has dedicated over 30 years of her accounting and finance career to PTT, where she currently serves as Executive Vice President - Group Corporate Finance and Strategy. Throughout her extensive experience, she has been rotated within PTT Group, including serving as a Chief Financial Officer at Thai Oil Public Company Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer at Global Power Synergy Public Company Ltd.

Mrs. Boonpiraks obtained her Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of St. Thomas and her Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (Accounting) from Chulalongkorn University.
