Róbert Wessman

Petar Vazharov is the Executive Vice President of APAC, responsible for executing the growth strategy across the APAC market. Petar joined Alvogen Group in 2009, after 9 years with the generic pharmaceutical company Actavis Group in various roles, and has demonstrated his ability to lead the CEE business by delivering 75% CAGR of EBITDA during 2013 to 2015.

Petar graduated with a medical doctor’s degree from Sofia University of Medicine in 1999 and has an MBA degree from University of Sofia “Kliment Ohridski” in October 2007.

Petar Vazharov

Bjartur Shen is the Vice President of Finance for APAC. He leads the development of the regional financial infrastructure. Bjartur joined Alvogen Group in 2009  with his solid expertise in the financial industry to support the European management team during its fast expansion phase. Since 2014, Bjartur has been leading a Finance team of 46 people across 10 CEE countries before he relocated to Asia.

Bjartur graduated from University of Iceland with a dual-degree Masters of Science program in Economics and Corporate Finance in 2005.

Bjartur Shen

Eeling Chan is appointed as CFO of Lotus in November 2016, responsible for the daily operation of financial and accounting matters in Lotus. Eeling possess over 15 years of experience in several multinational companies before she joined Alvogen as regional controller in 2014, overseeing external and internal reporting of the Company. She was the corporate controller of Nasdaq-listed SemiLEDs and audit manager of KPMG.

Eeling graduated from Otago University in New Zealand with an Accounting major and received her Business System Master degree from Monash University.

Eeling Chan, CPA

Dr. Manish Chawla joined Lotus Pharmaceutical in July 2019. He brings with him over 20 years of experience of developing diverse dosage forms for regulated markets and setting up new facilities in India.

Manish was at Xylopia as Vice President and Site Head where he was responsible for the strategic R&D roadmap and for the development of 505 (b)(2)s, ANDAs, FTFs and complex oral generics and injectable products for the US. Before that, he worked for Zydus Cadila, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Ranbaxy Research Laboratories. His scientific experience is predominantly complex generics including first-to-file, first-to-market products with complex technology platforms. Manish holds a PhD and M. Pharm degree from the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University.

Manish Chawla

With 20+ years of professional experience in bio/pharma operations and supply chain, Yingming provides his leadership to increase shareholders' values by reducing operating expenses, improving OTIF, and increasing direct labor efficiency and customer service. In addition, Yingming has excellent experience in production, supply chain, and operation in the pharmaceutical industry, which can help Lotus in the next phase. 

Yingming graduated from Tianjin University with an Chemical Engineering major and received his MBA degree from University of Chicago, IL.

Ying-Ming Yue

With 22 years of legal counsel experience, Edin joined Alvogen in 2012, which gave him profound insight experiences in pharma and the Company. His experiences in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements with partners, such as in-licensing and out-licensing deals, and participated in several asset purchases and share purchase deals. He also supports management with legal advice on disputes, litigations (different contractual disputes), and compliance, including antitrust issues. In addition, he guides on various IP issues, including the negotiation of settlements with counterparties. Those experiences are valuable to Lotus as a rapid growth company that exports our products to the world.

Edin graduated with an LLB from the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Edin Buljubasic

Mr. Vamsi Kiran Kosaraju became a valuable addition to the Lotus team in 2023 as Vice President of Quality. In this role, Mr. Kosaraju is driving the quality culture and organizational transformation required for both long-term success and short-term performance with high-quality services. Mr. Kosaraju brings a wealth of diverse and extensive expertise to our organization and accountable for the implementation of robust Quality Management System and Compliance strategy. Mr. Kosaraju has more than 18 years of extensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including a distinguished tenure as Senior Director of Quality Operations Management at a multinational leading pharmaceutical company. His leadership will play a pivotal role in fostering a robust quality culture environment and contribute the quality standard excellency of the company.

Vamsi Kiran Kosaraju

Fiona Lei is the Regional HR Director for APAC to support the rapid and successful growth in the region. Fiona holds an MBA Degree from Long Island University, USA and a Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting from Providence University, Taiwan.

She has over 15 years of HR experience, including training, C&B, organizational restructuring and overall HR management. Prior to joining Lotus, she was the HR head of Invida Holdings and Nycomed, Senior HR Manager at Hitron Technologies, and HR Director at Sun Materials Technology. Her work experience covers 5 APAC markets: Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.

Fiona Lei

Julia Lin joined Lotus in 2007 and received her Bachelor degree of Science in Biomedical Toxicology from University of Guelph, Canada and Master degree in Pharmaceutical Manufacture from China Medical University, Taiwan.

Over the last 10 years, Julia has built up strong experiences and profound knowledge in handling new product submissions and regulatory activities in different regions of the world, such as US, EU, Asian countries including Korea, China and Taiwan, and Latin America. Julia now leads all regulatory aspects including export and partnership products.

Julia Lin

Valerie Lau joined Lotus in 2024 as APAC Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational activities across the diverse markets within Asia-Pacific.

Boasting a remarkable career spanning over two decades in the healthcare sector, Valerie has working knowledge of key Asia-Pacific markets such as China, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, Taiwan, Korea, and Hong Kong, building her in-depth foundation of the Asia-Pacific market.

Her agility and pace are expected to significantly enhance Lotus' commercial and in-market capabilities, as she leads the team towards sustained excellence in the dynamic Asia-Pacific market.

Valerie Lau

Justin Lee joined Alvogen in 2018 as the Representative Director and Country Manager of Korea. He has over 23 years of solid experience including Sales, Marketing, Business development and commercial excellence in various multinational and local companies in pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Alvogen, he was a head of Oncology, Eye care and ETC business unit at Sanofi, Allergan, HanMi and Business development at YungJin in Korea.

Justin graduated college of Veterinary medicine of Konkuk University and holds master’s degree in Public health of Yonsei University, as well as an MBA degree from Sogang University.

Justin Lee

Stanley Gu joined Lotus in 2018 and is in charge of the sales and marketing of Taiwan domestic market.

Stanley received his Master degree in Science of Pharmacy from National Taiwan University. Previously, he has led generic teams of CHY as Vice President, and Arich Enterprise as General Manager. Prior to that, Stanley was with Novartis and GSK. He is very familiar with the dynamics of Taiwan pharma market from hospital to distributors.

Stanley Gu

Gwen Hsieh is the CIO of Lotus. She leads the IT strategy and Cybersecurity management. Gwen has extensive experience in the information industry, having served in global and regional roles at IBM for over ten years. Since joining Lotus, she has contributed to improving corporate systems and infrastructure and enhanced cybersecurity management to drive the company's information innovation, growth, and digital transformation.

Gwen holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington and has studied in the Computer Science Ph.D. program at the University of Houston in the United States.

Gwen Hsieh

Dr. Saral Thangam is responsible for the operation of Norwich Clinical Service, a CRO based in Banglore, India. Prior to joining Alvogen, she spent 9 years with Lotus Labs growing the organization into one of India’s most reputable clinical research organization. Dr. Thangam is a winner of several awards including prestigious Shakutana Amichand Award for significant contribution to biomedical sciences by the Indian Council of Medical research (ICMR).

Dr. Thangam is a medical graduate from Christian Medical College, Vellore, India, and has a post graduate specialization in the field of Internal Medicine. She also holds a PhD in Physiology from St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences in India.

Dr. Saral Thangam

Snaevar Vidisson is Director of Export Markets, B2B. He joined the Company in October 2017 and is responsible for commercial operations and out-licensing in China, Japan and all ex.APAC markets globally. Snaevar built up the commercial operations for the Lotus export business from scratch from the first international B2B launch in 2017 and is currently running 200+ out-licensing deals covering more than 160 countries with over 300 SKU’s launched. Prior to joining the Company, Snaevar worked at Credit Suisse AG, Switzerland. 

Snaevar holds a Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from University College London and a Bachelor degree in Financial Engineering from Reykjavik University, Iceland.

Snaevar Vidisson

Ella Tsai was appointed Corporate Procurement Head in 2022, responsible for the company's procurement execution   strategy and supplier relationship management. Before joining Lotus, Ella was   the High-Tech Facility Business Operations President at CTCI and worked for   Corning as Global Expansion Program Director with years of cross-industry   procurement experiences. Ella will continuously uplift procurement standards   and create profitable value for the company's production quality.

Ella holds a bachelor’s degree in   Electrical Engineering from the National Kaohsiung University of Applied   Sciences.

Ella Tsai

Bharath Jayaraman is the Head of SEA Markets. Bharath comes with 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical business with an excellent track record achievement in Sandoz and Scigen, with main focus on Sales & Marketing, and Business Development functions across multiple geographies. In his most recent position with Scigen, he was responsible for the Global Commercial Markets with P&L deliverables for SEA, MEA, CIS and LatAm.

Bharath holds MBA from The University of Newcastle, Australia, and a Bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, India.

Bharath Jayaraman

Prashant Godse is the Vice President of Business Development. He joined the Company in March 2022 and is responsible for all business development activities across the region, including brand acquisitions, licensing/collaborations, search and evaluation, alliance management etc. Prior to joining the Company, Prashant worked at Accord Healthcare Ltd as a Director of In-Licensing for Speciality Brands and was responsible for global business development & licensing activities. He has successfully completed over 100 transactions for various types of products including novel products, biosimilars, platform technologies, complex generics as well as value added generics. He has over 16years of experience in the Global Pharmaceutical Industry and has managed various functions within Business Development and Portfolio Management. 

He holds Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and MBA in International Business.
