Dr. Rama Yarasani

Dr. Rama Yarasani has been appointed as Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) of Lotus Group, effective in February 2026. In this role, Dr. Yarasani will oversee R&D operations across our USA and India centres.

Dr. Yarasani brings with him nearly 29 years of pharmaceutical R&D experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles with exceptional track record spanning formulation and process development, analytical and clinical development, project management, regulatory affairs, generic and 505(b)(2) submissions, validation and global product launches. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Rama Yarasani served as CSO of Alvogen US and held senior leadership roles at Actavis / Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Yarasani holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Andhra University, India.
