Hjorleifur Palsson

Mr. Palsson joined Lotus’s Board of Directors on April 23rd, 2015. He currently serves as independent non-executive Board member and Business Consultant in various different sectors, including financial, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and non-profits organizations across the world. Mr. Palsson is also the Chairman of Lotus’s Audit Committee.

Mr. Palsson was EVP and CFO of a leading medical device company, listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, from 2001 to 2013. He gained comprehensive experience in leading Accounting, Planning, Investor Relations, Financing, Corporate M&A, Human Resources and Business Information Services there. Prior to that, Mr. Palsson was a partner and a Board member at Deloitte & Touche in Iceland where he practiced as a State Authorized Public Accountant.
