Thor Kristjánsson

Thor Kristjansson is a Partner in Aztiq, owner of multiple pharmaceutical assets. He has over 30 years of pharmaceutical and private equity experience.

Thor was an EVP of Corporate Finance and M&A for Alvogen´s global operation for over 10 years, prior to that he served as a Deputy CEO of Actavis, a global pharmaceutical company that was later acquired by Teva. His key focus throughout his career has been on corporate development and M&A. 

Thor has been a member of Lotus Board of Directors since 2014. He has held multiple BOD positions for various public and private companies in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services/banking, shipping and seafood. He served as a BOD member and as a Vice Chairman of West Ham United football club from 2005 to 2007.
